An extensive functional program combined with the lengthy shape of the plot meant that the building practically created itself. Very horizontal structure of the newly built block was based on the concept of 6x6m square module development. The long facade is broken by retreats and protrusions in the mass, as well as glazing and openings resulting from the function of individual zones of the building. The size of the building very well complements and uses the potential of the parcel. The long, low mass fits very well into the surroundings which is created by a well-developed existing tree stand.Division into modules turned out to be a good way to arrange the functions of the building. The garage zone was separated from the apartment by "shifting" the module and breaking the elevation of the building.
